Job summary

Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for Halethorpe, MD. The role focuses on developing new accounts, supporting existing customers, and delivering conveyor solutions to improve uptime.

You’ll manage a high-activity territory, collaborate with operations and purchasing, and leverage a commission-based compensation structure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outside sales (industrial, packaging, material handling, or related field preferred).
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Work with operations, maintenance, and purchasing teams.
• Recommend conveyor components, systems, and service solutions.
• Manage multiple opportunities and shorter sales cycles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive, accurate solutions.
• Be active in the field and responsive to customer needs.
