Job summary

Mill Creek Carpet & Tile, a division of Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company, seeks a reliable Builder Outside Carpet Sales to expand our customer base in the Tulsa area. You will perform service calls, develop new accounts, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Good communications skills including telephone, computer and face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to plan, organize and maintain accurate records, including notes from discussions with customers and managers.
• Safe driving record as determined by Company.
• Ability to travel to various customer job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Make service calls and expand existing accounts by improving product mix and margins.
• Make sales calls and develop new customer accounts.
• Perform take-offs and walk residential job sites at various construction stages.
• Schedule orders and coordinate with Install Manager, Designer and Operations.
• Assist Credit Manager in keeping customers' accounts up to date.
• Communicate effectively with customers at various business levels.
