Mill Creek Carpet & Tile, a long-standing flooring and interior finish provider, seeks an outgoing Retail Sales Consultant for our showroom. You will greet customers, guide selections, prepare quotes, and coordinate orders from measurement to installation, ensuring a seamless experience.

Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals in a friendly, design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, interior design, flooring, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional showroom experience.
• Assist customers with selecting carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile, countertops, area rugs, accessories, and other products.
• Learn customers’ needs, style preferences, budgets, and project requirements to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Coordinate measurements, product orders, deliveries, and installation scheduling as needed.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
• Develop lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals.

This position works directly with homeowners, designers, and contractors to help bring their projects to life.
