Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Business Development Rep/Outreach Coordinator in Columbus, OH to drive census growth by generating referrals and expanding partnerships. You will execute a structured sales approach, engage with community organizations, and grow BrightView’s network of referral sources.

You will manage daily outreach, track activities in the CRM, and align outreach with BrightView’s mission to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Required persistence and goal achievement in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice settings.
• Knowledge of addiction medicine or behavioral health industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and grow relationships with key referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations.
• Prospect daily and manage outreach activities to meet referral and census goals.
• Represent BrightView at networking events and educate stakeholders on services and patient pathways.
• Develop account plans and territory strategies to maximize referral growth.
