BrightView LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Business Development Rep/Outreach Coordinator to drive census growth by generating referrals, building brand awareness, and executing a structured sales approach to community engagement.

The role requires grit, persistence, and daily outreach activities such as prospecting, relationship-building, and follow-up. You will cultivate new referral sources, expand accounts, and track results in our CRM to meet monthly and quarterly goals.

Formación

• Demonstrated persistence and goal achievement in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles.
• Preferred: healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, establish, and grow relationships with key referral partners in healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations.
• Consistently perform daily outreach activities to achieve referral and census goals.
• Map and manage a defined territory, prioritizing high-value accounts and tracking touchpoints.
• Represent BrightView at networking events to promote awareness and education about services.
• Share insights from the field to support planning and market strategy.
