Job summary

Met-Con, Inc. is seeking an Operations Resource and Maintenance Manager to lead the tool, equipment, and vehicle support for field operations in Cocoa, FL, with travel to jobsites as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory, dispatch, maintenance, and sourcing within budget while fostering safe, efficient operations and hands-on leadership across office, shop, and field environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing and maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; inventory/procurement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and jobsite safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable across office, shop, and field environments.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Field and Shop Operations Tool & Equipment Warehouse.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, consumables, and field vehicles.
• Dispatch tools, equipment, and consumables to jobsites on request.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment remain in safe, reliable condition; coordinate repairs.
• Track usage, maintenance history, and assignments of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Source, evaluate, and purchase tools within budget.
• Manage dispatch, assignment, and maintenance scheduling for field vehicles.
