This role focuses on keeping fleets and tool inventories ready, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring safe, efficient execution on budget, with travel to jobsites as required.

The successful candidate will develop the next generation of ironworkers and collaborate with shop, field, and office teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; inventory and procurement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work across office, shop, and field environments.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field and Shop Operations Tool & Equipment Warehouse.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, consumables, and field vehicles.
• Dispatch tools, equipment, and consumables to jobsites.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are safe and maintained; coordinate repairs.
• Track usage and maintenance history of assets.
• Source and purchase tools and consumables within budget.
• Manage dispatch and maintenance scheduling for field vehicles.
