Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks an Operations Manager to oversee labor force deployment and allocate tools, materials, and parts to meet contract requirements for comprehensive facility support. You will manage day-to-day O&M activities across large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and quality service delivery.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, an associate degree or equivalent, and at least five years of O&M or facilities management experience.

The Operations Manager oversees the contractor's labor force and deploys resources—tools, materials, and parts—to ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and quality service delivery.

• Resource and Labor Management:
• Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements.
• Authorize use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Service Delivery Oversight:
• Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting.
• Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service.
• Implement best practices and organizational improvements.

Working Conditions

• Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response.

Physical Requirements

• Able to move around large facilities as needed

Requirements

Top Secret Clearance required.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent training/certification in O&M or Facilities Management.
• Minimum (5) years’ experience in related O&M support services and/or Facilities Management
