• Support construction, service delivery, and connectivity projects in the field.
• Read and interpret maps, prints, and technical documentation.
• Assist with underground and aerial operations, including splicing and connectivity work.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Respond to service issues and provide excellent customer support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow updates.
• Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly.
