United Site Services is seeking a Field Ops Supervisor to lead yard and transportation operations and supervise drivers. You will coordinate routes, manage technicians, and ensure efficient service delivery for our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year/Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field and/or training.
• Minimum of 2 years proven leadership experience leading a diverse team to accomplish results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate yard activities; supervise Technicians.
• Coordinate routes, pickups, and deliveries for routing efficiency.
• Analyze and report on routing efficiency and labor, overtime, fuel.
• Ensure cross-departmental communication to resolve issues.
• Coordinate asset transfers with other yards.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet customer and branch needs.
• Assist with logistics for special events.
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy.
• Approve Time Saver punches and time-off requests.
• Oversee fleet DOT administration and safety program.
