Qualdoc is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Equipment Operator to support field construction, equipment handling, and maintenance projects across the region. This hands-on role combines driving, machinery operation, and demanding outdoor work.

Ideal candidates will have proven heavy equipment experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced field environment. On-call duties and travel may be required.

Competenze

Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record.
Experience in construction, heavy labor, or physically demanding fields.
Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform hands-on fieldwork.
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor maintenance.
Willingness to work outdoors, extended hours, and travel as needed.
Commitment to safety and ability to work with a team.

Mansioni

Operate heavy construction equipment to support field maintenance and site prep.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and machinery.
Drive tractor-trailers to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
Inspect loads and verify permits for oversized/overweight equipment.
Assist with unloading, staging, and securing equipment and materials.
Attend daily safety meetings and coordinate with supervisors and crew.
