Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead contract and temporary security operations across the assigned region. You will oversee site Supervisors and Security Officers, report to the Director of Operations, and drive site visits, personnel outfitting, and client relationships.

A CPL and supervisory experience are required. The role offers a flexible schedule with some travel, 40+ hours per week, and active involvement in business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; security management concentration favored.
• Minimum 2 years as a security manager or higher.
• Must have CPL or be able to obtain quickly.
• Strong grooming and professional presentation.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and client relations oversight.
• Oversee site supervisors and security officers in the region.
• Ensure site visits are completed and uniforms provided.
• Manage overtime, payroll, and incident reporting.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Lead training compliance and recruiting efforts.
• Be available on-call and travel as needed.
