Job summary

Reyes Holdings offers a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern program across our US distribution centers. You will gain on-the-job training, mentorship from leaders, and exposure to a major distribution model while contributing to real process-improvement projects.

Participants will rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, and HR; shadow leaders; and present a final project to US executives at program end.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all distribution center functions (warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, HR).
• Lead specific projects and participate in process-improvement initiatives.
• Shadow distribution leaders and participate in internship program training activities and events.
