Job summary

Ruppert Landscape seeks an Enhancement Field Manager to oversee landscape maintenance and snow removal operations at multiple contracts. You will lead crews, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience or certifications a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past three years (required)
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members across multiple levels within a field operations environment
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop team members at various levels
• Ability to diagnose common insect and plant disease issues and coordinate appropriate treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in English
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with service-oriented clients
• Solid working knowledge of vehicles, tools, and equipment commonly used in landscape maintenance and snow removal operations

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities for maintenance contracts, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources
• Lead, hire, train, and grow team members, supporting their ongoing development through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing certification and skills-based training
• Monitor labor, budgets, production hours, and job costs to keep projects on track and ensure performance goals
• Monitor work quality daily, address potential issues, and ensure inspections are completed with service reports
• Drive additional revenue by identifying opportunities for enhancements and add-on services beyond the base contract
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Understand company operating philosophy to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer value
• Ensure all assigned vehicles and equipment are maintained in safe, clean, and fully operational condition
