Job summary

Gabriel Group in Savage, MN is seeking an experienced Enhancement Manager to lead our landscape enhancement and snow removal crews. This full-time exempt role oversees daily operations, team performance, project quality, safety, and budgeting to deliver exceptional service year-round.

You will schedule crews and equipment, train staff, monitor productivity, conduct site inspections, manage materials, and report progress using Aspire software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscaping and snow operations experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).

• Manage daily landscape AND snow operations
