Job summary

AIO App Inc is seeking a Field Operations Manager in the Bay Area to own the physical execution from warehouse to installation and on-site support. This is a hands-on, onsite leadership role with national shipping responsibilities and direct customer contact.

You will lead a small field team, manage hardware inventory end-to-end, and ensure deployments meet our standards. A working manager who can operate in the field and collaborate with logistics and customer success is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations, implementation, logistics, or hands-on customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading a small team in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with hardware installation, troubleshooting, and shipping tech equipment.
• Organized with inventory accuracy and process discipline.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professional representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Deployment, Installation & Training for new deployments and on-site go-lives.
• Oversee on-ground customer support and develop playbooks for quick issue resolution.
• Own hardware inventory, cycle counts, and accurate stock records.
• Directly manage the local field team, set expectations, and monitor capacity against pipeline.
