Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations in the Miami‑Dade and South Broward counties. You will coach field crews, manage performance, and ensure safety, service quality, and client satisfaction on a daily basis.

This field‑based role requires daily travel within the territory, strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, and collaboration with DOTs and municipalities. You'll participate in hiring, reviews, and pre‑construction planning to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Must pass Work Zone Leadership course with 80% or higher.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field personnel.
• Travel daily to job sites within the Miami‑Dade/Broward counties.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with DOTs and municipalities.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Participate in hiring and discipline.
• Submit reports and supervise safety.
