The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, and collaboration with operations, safety, HR, and other departments to drive results.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities with field teams.
• Experience in managing field personnel and performance reviews.
• Proven communication skills with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and supervise crews.
• Travel daily to job sites within the Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and coaching.
• Build relationships with clients, DOTs, and municipalities.
• Submit timely reports and oversee safety and reporting.
