Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead field operations at a customer site, ensuring quality and adherence to job specifications. You will manage schedules, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and oversee day-to-day crew activities.

The role requires leadership, on-site communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. A valid driver’s license and BrightView equipment certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape-related field
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers
• Driver’s license required
• Attention to detail is essential
• Ability to communicate with crews and customers on-site
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Escalate customer problems to the Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to meet or exceed client needs
• Monitor site quality daily and address deficiencies
• Deliver services as specified on the client site
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew performance
• Develop and train crew members with the Crew Leader/Operations Manager
• Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
