Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Field Operations Deployment Manager on the Air Defense team to deliver and sustain large-scale, fixed-site counter-UAS deployments. You will own end-to-end execution, from site surveys to sustainment, ensuring the system performs when needed.

The role emphasizes playbook-driven deployment, security coordination with on-site teams, and strong customer relationship management, all while contributing to mission success across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 4–6+ years in a technical field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience planning large-scale fixed-site installations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution across large-scale, fixed-site C-UAS installations, coordinating hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more.
• Develop and own playbooks, SOPs, and installation templates for repeatable deployments.
• Coordinate with site security teams and facility management to integrate capabilities into the security posture.
• Manage relationships with customers, partners, users, and teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
• Develop deep mission expertise to translate requirements and CONOPS to engineers for system improvements.
