Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Operator in Snyder, TX to safely operate production wells and facilities. You will work with field teams to maintain pumps, separators, and tank batteries while following regulatory and corporate policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of oil and gas experience, a strong safety mindset, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Training in lockout/tagout and confined space is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• ,High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• -3–5 years of oil and gas operating experience preferred.
• -Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, three‑phase separation and process flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate production wells and facilities safely in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Work with Field Operators to maintain pumps, separators, and tank batteries.
• Perform lockout/tagout on equipment and assist in repairs and maintenance.
• Record production readings and ensure data integrity in Prodnet or equivalent
• Report safety hazards promptly and follow all company procedures.
