Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of oil and gas field operations experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of field equipment and monitoring systems.
• Ability to make decisions within broad parameters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, 3-phase separation, gas compression, and control board operation.
• Performs maintenance, takes readings, rounds, issues work permits, follows procedures, and interfaces with support groups.
• Monitors well and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Collaborates with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates using production data.
• Interfaces with Engineering for data gathering requests.
• Tracks test compression data.
• Conducts fluid level measurements with an echo meter.
