ConocoPhillips is hiring a Multi-Skill Operator/Lease Operator for the Kermit, TX area. The role focuses on safe, efficient oil and gas production with hands-on field work, equipment troubleshooting, and data entry across wells and facilities.

Applicants should have 1+ years in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection, and a relevant Associate’s degree or trade certification when possible. On-site outdoor work, on-call rotations, and safety protocols are emphasized.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
1+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection.
Associate’s degree or trade certification in Production Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform daily field operations across assigned wells and facilities in the Kermit, TX area.
Inspect tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and pipelines for leaks or issues.
Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
Enter and validate production data in digital systems and support reporting.
