Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a field operations professional to conduct store assessments across the US, evaluating performance and delivering hands-on training to improve compliance with standards. This role requires extensive travel and weekend work, with a focus on safety, service, and technology adoption.

You will mentor store teams, coordinate with franchisees and marketplace leaders, and contribute to the rollout of new innovations while maintaining excellent communication and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store; 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred.
• Demonstrated history of high evaluation scores and leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient with technology and store innovation to drive performance.
• Ability to work independently and be results oriented.
• solid understanding of Domino’s standards and procedures.
• Strong communication: verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 75-85% including overnight travel; 3-4 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Measure operational performance by evaluating Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety, and Technology/Innovation
• Provide hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude
• Evaluate systems in stores to ensure compliance with DPZ standards and procedures
• Evaluate stores in assigned area multiple times per year to meet team goals
• Assist team to meet visit goals; travel outside assigned area may be required
• Partner with FBCs, Franchisees, MCOs, and Marketplace Trainers to develop targeted training
• Educate marketplace on current and revised standards proactively
• Perform calibration visits with marketplace leaders
• Assess and share best practices
• Participate in Domino’s Prep School and onboarding programs
• Gather and provide specialized data on request
• Support testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches
• Act as a resource for information to the marketplace
• Maintain direct links to WRC, marketplace leaders, and Franchisees with timely communication
• Utilize store data and technology to plan store visits effectively
• Schedule travel in a cost-effective manner
• Use reports and data to ensure visits are completed on schedule
• Facilitate and participate in team and individual meetings
