Otis Elevator Company seeks Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainee to be trained for a future Field Supervisor role. Onsite at customer sites across North America, you’ll coordinate jobs, ensure safety, and drive project execution.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in related fields and strong communication. The program includes extensive hands-on training with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related engineering field completed before July 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are met.
• Maintain quality assurance with focus on safety and cost control.
• Improve field efficiencies, manage route schedules and callbacks.
• Manage labor and material investments within budget.
