Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a motivated intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field operations, working onsite at customer and construction locations, and learning responsibilities of a Field Supervisor.

Internship runs 10-12 weeks starting June 2027; includes training, performance feedback, and potential placement as a Field Operations Trainee after successful completion.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
