Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees to be trained in our lines of business, including New Equipment, Modernization, and/or Service, preparing you for a Field Supervisor role in a North American branch. This hands-on program focuses on jobsite coordination, safety, customer interaction, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related fields required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.
• Maintain customer quality assurance with emphasis on safety and managing labor/material expenditures.
• Improve field efficiencies, manage route schedules and callback rates.
• Manage labor and material investments within budget.
