Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking motivated interns for a Summer 2027 Field Operations internship. This paid, full‑time program runs 10–12 weeks and provides immersive hands‑on experience in a field operations environment.

Interns work onsite at customer locations, collaborating with field teams and learning responsibilities of a Field Supervisor, including jobsite coordination, safety, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields.
• Must be actively pursuing a degree and remain enrolled in an accredited program after internship start date Summer 2027.
• Ability to work in a highly team‑oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with internal and external customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist field operations and gain hands‑on experience in field supervision and coordination on job sites.
• Collaborate with field teams, participate in safety, and support project execution.
• Engage with customers and contribute to on‑site coordination and problem solving.
