Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees who will be trained and developed in our lines of business, including New Equipment, Modernization, and Service, to prepare you for a Field Supervisor role in a branch office.

This role provides immersive, hands-on experience in a field operations environment, with the expectation to work onsite at customer and construction locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.
• Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials.
• Improving field efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates.
• Managing labor and material investments within budget.
