Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees who will be trained and developed in our lines of business, which may include New Equipment, Modernization, and/or Service to prepare you to succeed in a Field Supervisor role in a branch office. This role provides immersive, hands-on experience in a field operations environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields required, awarded prior to start date in July 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment and manage many simultaneous projects.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.
• Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials.
• Improving field efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates.
• Managing labor and material investments within budget.
