Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated Field Operations/Field Supervisor Trainees who will be trained across our lines of business, including New Equipment, Modernization, and Service to prepare you to succeed in a Field Supervisor role in a North American branch. This program provides immersive, hands‑on experience in a field operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering field required.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage many projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.
• Maintain customer QA with emphasis on safety and budgeting of labor/materials.
• Improve field efficiencies, manage route schedules, and callback rates.
• Manage labor and material investments within budget.
