Siemens Energy is seeking a Technical Operations Support Engineer to ensure field service personnel have the tools, training, and procedures needed to perform high‑quality work at job sites safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with district offices, service engineering, tool depots, and others to identify needs and develop required tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of field service experience or related industry experience.
• Willingness to travel 15% domestically and internationally.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes to improve safety, quality, and schedule for large gas turbine field service events.
• Develop training criteria for technicians and engineers on tooling and equipment.
• Identify and implement cost-saving projects.
• Provide technical support or act as shift field engineer during peak outage seasons.
