Job summary

SBM Management Services seeks a Site Supervisor in Denver to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, inspecting areas and equipment to ensure OSHA and sanitation standards are met. You will supervise employees, train teams, and maintain records and reports.

The role may require some travel and open shifts Thursday through Monday or Tuesday through Saturday. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or GED.
• May need valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate work activities and monitor for safety and quality.
• Write routine reports such as pass down, weekly or monthly.
• Track equipment and supplies, inspections, and inventory.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance.
• Report personnel and customer issues to the manager.
