Job summary

Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market. This is a field-based role overseeing 5,000–10,000 units, including quality audits, contractor onboarding, and closing coverage gaps, with you stepping in on routes when needed.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead from the front, travel within the market, and use Fetch’s internal tools to log tasks, audits and service completion in real time.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field operations, facilities, property services, or a supervisory role in a service environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make sound field-level decisions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document field observations accurately and consistently.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications; comfortable learning Fetch’s internal platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance — conduct pre-service, live-service, and post-service quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• Verify on-site logistics, equipment functionality, and service conditions meet Fetch standards.
• Monitor and drive community-level service quality above 95% monthly across your portfolio.
• Run supply replenishment from the warehouse to communities or partners as needed.
• Document all audit findings and field observations and report to the Area Manager.
• Log tasks and verify service completion in real time using Fetch’s platform tools.
