Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market. This on-site, field-based role requires independent work, strong ownership, and high standards to maintain service quality across communities.

You will report to the Area Manager for your market. You will lead quality assurance, contractor onboarding, and coverage-gap management, with a focus on ensuring safety, timely service, and high completion rates

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform hands-on field work in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• Verify on-site logistics, equipment functionality, and service conditions.
• Monitor and drive community service quality above 95% monthly.
• Perform supply replenishment from warehouse to communities or partners.
• Document audit findings and report to Area Manager.
• Log tasks and audits using Fetch's internal platform and tools.
• Cover routes and address coverage gaps when needed.
