Job summary

Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market. This is a field-based role, overseeing 5,000–10,000 units and reporting to the Area Manager. You will perform audits, onboard service partners, and close coverage gaps to ensure service continuity.

You will travel within your market on every shift, lift up to 50–70 lbs, and log tasks using Fetch’s internal platform. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations or supervisory roles in a service environment.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform physical work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within market on every shift.
• Own reliable pickup truck or willingness to use company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks across assigned communities and audits.
• Oversee contractor onboarding and workplan execution.
• Close coverage gaps and cover routes when needed.
• Log tasks and field observations using Fetch’s platform in real time.
• Travel within the market for on-site supervision.
