Job summary

Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a market. This on-site role manages 5,000–10,000 units, conducts audits, onboarding, and gap coverage with strong hands-on leadership.

You’ll travel within the market, lift up to 70 lbs, and log activities via Fetch’s platform. A driver’s license and independent work style are required for dense field operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable open-bed pickup truck required.
• Willingness to perform hands-on field work including dirty, repetitive, or physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document field observations accurately and consistently.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make sound field-level decisions.
• Prior experience in field operations, facilities, property services, or a supervisory role in a service environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance — Conduct pre-service, live-service, and post-service quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• Quality Assurance — Verify on-site logistics are in order, equipment is functional, and service conditions meet Fetch standards.
• Quality Assurance — Monitor and drive community-level service quality rates above 95% monthly.
• Quality Assurance — Run supply replenishment from warehouse to communities or partners as needed.
• Quality Assurance — Document all audit findings and report to the Area Manager.
• Quality Assurance — Log tasks and verify service completion in real time using Fetch’s tech.
• Onboarding & Orientation — Conduct on-site orientations ensuring Partners understand site access, logistics, and workplan standards.
• Onboarding & Orientation — Oversee workplan execution and adjust where conditions require.
• Coverage Gap Management — Identify and respond to no-shows, route gaps, or disruptions within the market.
• Coverage Gap Management — Cover routes personally when needed to ensure continuous service.
• Coverage Gap Management — Maintain monthly completion rate above 95% and coordinate with Area Manager on recurring issues.
