Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Area Supervisor to own field quality and contractor performance across a market. This field-based role oversees 5,000–10,000 units, conducts audits, onboarding, and gap management, and covers routes as needed. Strong independence, detail, and driving capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable open-bed pickup truck required.
• Willingness to perform hands-on physical field work.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to document field observations.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones; comfortable with Fetch platform tools.
• Prior experience in field operations or supervisory role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• Verify on-site logistics and equipment function; ensure service conditions meet standards.
• Monitor and drive community-level service quality; maintain above 95% monthly.
• Run supply replenishment from warehouse to communities or partners.
• Document audit findings and field observations; report to Area Manager.
• Use smartphone and Fetch platform to log tasks and verify completion in real time.
• Set up Service Partners and conduct on-site orientations.
• Oversee workplan execution and adjust where conditions require.
• Identify and respond to coverage gaps; cover routes personally when needed.
• Coordinate with Area Manager on recurring coverage issues.
