Job summary

Fetch is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market. This field-based role covers 5,000–10,000 units, conducts audits, onboards service partners, and closes coverage gaps, reporting to the Area Manager.

You will travel within your market, perform hands-on, physical work, and log results using Fetch’s mobile tools. Compensation is $22 an hour, plus mileage reimbursement and robust benefits (health, 401(k), PTO).

Qualifications

• Reliable open-bed pickup truck required.
• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical field work including tasks that are dirty, repetitive, or physically demanding.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50–70 lbs as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to document field observations accurately and consistently.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and make sound field‑level decisions.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications; must be comfortable learning and operating Fetch’s internal platform tools.
• Prior experience in field operations, facilities, property services, or a supervisory role in a service environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance — conduct pre-service, live-service, and post-service quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• Verify on-site logistics, equipment functionality, and service conditions meet Fetch standards.
• Monitor community-level service quality rates, aiming for above 95% monthly.
• Run supply replenishment from warehouse to communities or partners as needed.
• Document audit findings and field observations; report to Area Manager.
• Log tasks and verify service completion using Fetch’s mobile platform.
• Contractor Onboarding & Orientation — set Service Partners up for success before their first route.
• Conduct on-site orientations ensuring partners understand site-specific access, logistics, and workplan standards.
• Oversee workplan execution and adjust where conditions require.
