Responsibilities

• Train and oversee Field Laboratory Representatives.
• Schedule staff to meet client needs and manage overtime.
• Visit client sites for supervision and quality assurance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
