Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of management experience.
• Must have 3+ years of phlebotomy experience.
• Must be able to travel within the Arizona territory daily.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Laboratory Representatives, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Provide on-boarding and ongoing training on compliance, HIPAA, and core job functions.
• Create weekly staff schedules to meet client needs and reduce overtime.
• Oversee daily staff activities, visiting accounts to ensure coverage and satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve high performance.
