IQ Fiber is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Operations to lead the day-to-day field operations of our technician team, ensuring fiber drops, installations, and service calls are completed on time and to quality standards.

Based in the field with rotating weekend hours, this hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable internet and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in management or related field.
• 3+ years leading a technical operations team.
• Experience with field operations, fiber installation.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Technical Operations team.
• Manage technician scheduling and resources.
• Escalation point for customer incidents.
• Develop performance objectives and provide coaching.
• Partner in hiring and onboarding of team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Produce regular productivity and performance reports.
• Perform field work including drops and installations.
