Girling Personal Care, a member of the Addus Family of Companies, seeks a Field Supervisor to conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans with the authorization team. The role supervises attendants, ensures timely documentation, and reports daily to the scheduler.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple visits, maintain confidentiality, participate in committees, and promote company values while adhering to federal and state regulations. Training and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of college study or equivalent; or a high school diploma with supervisory healthcare experience substituting for college on a year-for-year basis.
• PHC and MC experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Performs on-site client evaluations and develops service plans.
• Reports daily to scheduler and completes visits as scheduled.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises attendants.
• Completes forms and attaches to daily visit reports within 48 hours.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures and regulations; participates in meetings and committees.
• Creates presentations using PowerPoint for staff and client education.

Formation

Two years of college study or higher

PHC, MC experience preferred
