Job summary

Candidate should have 3–5 years in relevant fields, read construction plans, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction, paving, heavy civil, or related ops.
• Supervisory/superintendent experience preferred.
• Ability to read/interp construction plans and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily field operations.
• Direct crews, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources.
• Ensure safety programs, OSHA/MSHA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead daily safety meetings and on-site risk assessments.
• Monitor schedules, production, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and customers.
• Maintain documentation and labor/equipment tracking.
