Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-schedule project completion. Travel nationwide and coordination with subcontractors are core parts of the role.

The candidate will manage daily site activities, enforce policies, and report progress to the project manager while maintaining a high standard of integrity and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide

Responsibilities

• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project timelines.
• Maintain safety and quality control per policy.
• Prepare progress and cost reports.
• Report project progress to the project manager regularly.
