The role emphasizes scheduling with customers, field coordination, and ensuring timely reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in distribution/constructi on-related work; proficient in MS Office and contract interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of distribution operations/construction experience preferred.
• Experience reading, evaluating contracts and communicating requirements.
• Strong scheduling, planning and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish office functions to support field work execution.
• Be primary contact with customer for work order scheduling and closeout.
• Support work package revision, field changes and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with customer for major material delivery and invoicing.
