Job summary

United Utility Services, a dynamic player in the electric utility industry, is seeking a Work Management Specialist to support online work control, develop work packages, monitor progress, and ensure project closeout documentation. Based in Commerce City, CO, you will coordinate with customers on work-order scheduling, changes and invoicing, while maintaining schedules and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, five years in distribution/ construction industry preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts and communicating provisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish office functions to support field execution.
• Primary contact with customer for work order scheduling, status, changes, and closeout.
• Provide field support for work package revisions and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with customer for major material orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Billing to facilitate timely invoicing.
• Coordinate activities of other office personnel.
• Possess strong communication and ethical standards.
• Must be able to pass background checks and screenings.
