Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking a Work Management Specialist to support on-line work control processes, assist with work package development, ensure reporting and capture of completed work, and track work order status.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the distribution operations/construction industry and strong scheduling skills. This role may require overtime, shift work, weekends, and holidays depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in distribution ops/construction industry.
• Experience developing/maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts preferred.
• Proficient with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Commitment to ethics and United Utility values.

Responsibilities

• Set up office functions to support field work.
• Act as primary customer contact for work order scheduling.
• Provide field support for changes and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with customer for material delivery.
• Coordinate with Billing to ensure timely invoicing.
• Support other office staff and processes.
• Ensure project documentation is collected for closeout.
