Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries within 8 business hours and log in Salesforce.
• Create and maintain service work orders and warranty appointments in Salesforce.
• Coordinate appointments with technicians and builders to minimize delays and ensure first-time fix.
• Monitor and escalate issues to supervisors to resolve recurring problems.
• Enter orders and quotes accurately and communicate updates to customers.
