Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; AS/AA degree preferred.
• Experience with Excel and Word; AS400 and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field tasks and ensure on-time completion for customers.
• Dispatch service personnel and validate dispatched work.
• Maintain warehouse inventory controls and safety stock levels.
• Process invoicing and assist with warranty service appointments.
• Update scheduling in Salesforce and coordinate with 3PL for deliveries.
• Provide backup support to Customer Service as needed.
